We've made checkout as straightforward as the rest of the Volty ID experience. Here's how to pay.
1. Credit and debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Cards are processed securely at checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
2. Digital wallets

These let you check out in seconds without re-entering your information.
3. Purchase orders (POs) — Net 30
We accept purchase orders from schools, government agencies, healthcare, and qualifying businesses. PO terms are Net 30.
1. Email your PO to sales@voltyid.com
2. We'll verify your organization and set up your account.
3. We'll send a quote, you send the signed PO, and we ship the order.

4. Tax-exempt organizations
If your organization is tax-exempt, please send your certificate:

We will update your account status before you place your order.
5. Software subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed separately. Your printer includes a 75-day free trial with no card on file. Monthly or yearly plans auto-renew on the card you provide later.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and contents before unpacking further.
