Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Mount Holly, New Jersey, exclusively via FedEx.


1. Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the 1:00 PM EST cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.


2. Shipping methods and delivery time

  • FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: Next business day (order by 1:00 PM EST)

Delivery estimates begin the day the order ships, not the day it's placed.


3. Tracking

Every order receives a FedEx tracking number by email the moment it ships. If you don't see it within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder or reach out — we'll resend it.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the method you choose. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.


5. International shipping

Volty ID currently ships within the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.


6. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and contents before unpacking further and email us at cs@voltyid.com or call (877) 600-1120 Option 2. We'll handle the claim with FedEx and get a replacement on the way. If a package is marked delivered but you don't have it, give us a call — we'll work it through with the carrier.
