We're a brand, not a reseller. Volty ID designs and sells a complete proprietary system — three printers, our own software, our own supplies, our own protection plan — all under one name and designed to work together from the first print. One support team, one ecosystem, one accountable brand.

Where are you located?

Volty ID is headquartered in the United States and ships from our warehouse in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Our customer service and tech support team is based remotely but operates on Eastern Time so we're available when you are — Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Who are your customers?

Volty ID serves small offices through mid-market organizations across every industry that prints visual IDs: schools and campuses, churches and houses of worship, healthcare practices, gyms and membership programs, event managers, construction and field services, property management, and businesses of every size. If you need professional ID badges without complexity, you're our customer.

Why only three printers?

Intentionally. The tight lineup is one of our biggest competitive advantages. Customers come to us tired of sorting through 30 models on legacy reseller sites. We picked the three configurations that cover almost every use case — VX100 (single-feed), VX200 (auto-feed), VX300 (dual-sided) — and we tune our software, supplies, and support specifically for these three printers.
