Before the call

  • Register your printer first if you haven’t yet. It takes about 2 minutes and emails your software activation code. Register my printer
  • The printer plugged into the Windows computer you’ll use (Windows 7 to 11, not a Mac, Chromebook or iPad), signed in as an administrator. Work or school computer? Have IT ready.
  • Your order number and the ribbon and blank cards next to the printer.
