What you need to register

Amazon order number

On the packing slip in the box, after “Order ID”, and under Your Orders in the Amazon account that bought it. Type it with the dashes:

111-1234567-1234567

Not the tracking number or the barcode on the box. Office or school ordered it? Ask whoever placed the order.

Printer serial number

On the label on the back or bottom of the printer, marked S/N. Ten letters and numbers starting with S1, like:

S130I11181

Not the number starting with PSP or CPP.

Registration says “order not found”? Type the order number with the dashes, no spaces, and set Purchased From to Amazon. Still stuck? Send us a message or call (877) 600-1120.
